What to Include
Bug Reports
Tell us which device and browser you used, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots or console errors you captured.
Feature Requests
Share the problem you are trying to solve (e.g. “track my score history”) and how often you run into it. This helps us prioritise.
Partnerships & Press
Include your organisation, links to previous work, and a short outline of what you have in mind. We love hearing ambitious ideas.
Support Hours
We monitor the inbox Monday through Friday. If your message arrives over the weekend or during holidays, expect a response the next business day.
- General support: replies within 24–48 hours.
- Urgent bugs: we try to acknowledge the same day; include “urgent” in the subject line.
- Partnerships: we aim to reply within three business days.
